TERMS & CONDITIONS

 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the professional colour separation, pre-press, and related digital services (“Services”) provided by Cactus Creatives (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By submitting artwork, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Service Scope

Cactus Creatives provides professional digital pre-press services for apparel and textile printing, including but not limited to:

  • Colour separation for screen printing, including Spot Colour, Simulated Process, Index, and CMYK workflows

  • FM Dot (Frequency Modulated) halftone separations for high-detail, smooth-gradient reproduction

  • Underbase creation and highlight white optimisation for dark and colored substrates

  • DTF and DTG print-ready file preparation, including channel structuring and tonal correction

  • Artwork rebuild and enhancement services, including low-resolution cleanup, edge reconstruction, and print-focused refinement

  • Print-ready file setup, including halftone settings, ink order, and production notes

All services are delivered as digital files unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Artwork Submission Responsibilities

Clients are fully responsible for providing:

  • High-resolution artwork files (PSD, AI, PDF, PNG, TIFF, JPG)

  • Accurate print size, garment colour, ink system, and production details

  • Clear instructions regarding PMS colours, separation style, and output expectations

Cactus Creatives is not liable for errors or delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information supplied by the client.

3. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times depend on artwork complexity:

  • Standard separations: 6–12 hours

  • Complex simulated process work: 12–24 hours

  • Rush orders are subject to availability and additional charges

Turnaround time begins only after receiving complete artwork and confirmed instructions.

4. Revisions Policy

  • Minor revisions (tonal tweaks, underbase refinement, halftone adjustments) are included.

  • Major revisions (new artwork, colourway changes, redesigns, additional outputs) may incur additional charges.

  • Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of file delivery.​

5. Payments & Pricing

  • Full payment is required before final file delivery.

  • Prices vary based on complexity, number of colours, and urgency.

  • No refunds will be issued once final separation files are delivered.

 

6. File Delivery

Files are delivered via email, cloud download, or secure link and may include:

  • Layered PSD or TIFF files

  • Clearly labelled colour channels

  • Ink order and print notes

Once delivered, responsibility for production and printing lies with the client.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • You confirm that you own or have legal authorisation to use all submitted artwork.

  • Cactus Creatives does not verify copyright ownership and is not liable for copyright infringement.

  • Final separated files belong to the client.

  • Cactus Creatives may display non-confidential work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Cactus Creatives is not responsible for:

  • Printing errors caused by press setup, ink choice, mesh count, or curing issues

  • Colour variation due to substrate, ink behaviour, or production conditions

  • Business loss, delays, or reprints resulting from factors beyond pre-press control

Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services involving:

  • Copyright infringement

  • Illegal, offensive, or unethical content

  • Abusive or unreasonable client conduct

10. Changes to Terms

Cactus Creatives may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
